OUR LEADERSHIP

Katie Kempner, Founder

Prior to founding her own firm in 2015, Katie spent 18 years running global communications at renowned advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Under Katie’s media guidance, CP+B and its work received tremendous industry and press recognition, which was instrumental in the growth of the agency. During that time, CP+B was acquired by MDC Partners (now Stagwell), and Katie spent six years in a dual role, also running corporate communications for the firm, establishing their US presence, and working with MDC-owned agencies.

Katie is passionate about helping working women navigate their lives and is the creator and host of “Perspectives with Katie Kempner,” a long-running digital series of inspiring conversations with remarkable working women. The show is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, AW360, and as a limited series on Amazon Prime.

Leslie Repetto, Partner

Leslie brings extensive experience in the advertising industry, much of that time spent as an account leader at agencies including CP+B, Arnold Worldwide, and Modernista!, and with clients such as Volkswagen, Old Navy, Bolthouse Farms, Gap, MTV, Microsoft, and Converse.

While at CP+B, Leslie also filled the VP/Communications Director role, which was her first stint working with Katie. Leslie was instrumental in the agency's communications work, with a particular focus on the LA office's evolution and growth. Leslie's blended communications and account management background has contributed to her understanding of brand strategy, belief in process-driven collaboration with client and agency teams, and a keen sense of how communications efforts contribute to larger business goals.
